We’ve all been there, the open bar, the festive food, the nostalgic music and George from HR getting jolly in his Santa suit… Before you know it, you’ve been entranced by the spell of Christmas cheer and well… this story pretty much tells itself!
We all know alcohol spells disaster for skin and we all know that prevention is better than the cure.. there I said it, but for those of you who could not resist a time that got too jolly, we have your back. We would love to gift you with 12 days of wisdom, filled with tips and tricks, so your skin can survive this silly season.
I have teamed up with my two incredible sisters-in-law, one a nutritionist and another a naturopath, (yes, we are quite the family!) who have graciously shared with me their wisdom to bring you the very best skin survival guide yet!
